Ingrediants are mixed so easily and quickly with the Ninja 1100 blender. To achieve great results the smart-speed tech. automatically adjusts the speed of the motor to the consistency of the ingrediants you are mixing.

Vanilla Latte Recipe:
- 2 Servings, about 16 to 20 oz each +/-
- Large Ninja Pitcher
- Large Dough Paddle (Black one)
- 1/3 Cup of Ground Dark or Medium Coffee
- 2 Cups of Water, or to 4 Mark on your coffee machine
- 3 Cups of Milk
- 2 Tbs of Pure Vanilla, or imitation, it doesn't really matter
2 to 3 Tbs of Sugar in the Raw sugar, NOT HEAPING (we use nearly 3, about 2 & 3/4 Tbs), you could also use regular sugar, although I'm not sure what the variation would be, it's finer so be careful you don't make it too sweet.

A word of warning. Take Care of the very sharp blades on this machine. As I read thru various reviews, it became very apparent that loads of people have not heeded the warnings of others and sadly have cut themselves. Make sure you do not do it. The blades are SHARP!
CONCLUSION
At under $150, this blender is true value for money and also achieves 4.5 out of 5 stars on the Amazon website.
Extremely easy to use and very well constucted. One final point, if you want to use the machine to just make smoothies, you may consider that a couple of reviewers expressed that on occassions did leave their smoothies slightly lumpy and therefore maybe suggest another Ninja Blender from their range. BUT REMEMBER a smoothie maker can not make dough, soups etc.
